THE CAST
Each member embodies a different mode of thought. Each runs in its own fresh context, so reviews are genuinely independent. Upright is the summons; reversed is the failure the Conductor watches for.
The Dreamer, the Founder, the Commander, the Explorer. The source of goals, priorities, and meaning — present at every gate, and the only member who may change course mid-run. The framework exists to amplify the Visionary's ability to create.
Neither ruler nor manager — the conductor of a living orchestra, in both senses: the one who directs, and the medium the current passes through. He generates nothing himself; he sees every stream simultaneously, routes the work, adjudicates every finding, and writes the Log.

THE ARCHIVE
The only pathway through which specialists exchange knowledge. All collaboration occurs through artifacts stored within it. The Log is history, not workflow — no specialist reads it, and nothing routes through it. The Log only remembers.

Field reports on the machinery — written through the pipeline they describe, checked cold, and entered into the record.

The poster family of the studio — process, structure, philosophy. Early studies hang beside new commissions from the Bureau.
SIGN THE LOG
In time the Bureau will open its doors to outside petitions — intent in; vetted, finished work out. Leave your mark in the Log, and the Conductor will summon you when the doors open.
